These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Afterword, including our website, application, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service. You confirm that the information you provide during signup is accurate and belongs to you.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices and plans may change; we will give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
5. The Service
Afterword helps you turn spoken ideas into LinkedIn posts you can edit, publish, or schedule. Features may change as the product develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that generated content will be error-free or suitable for every use.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas and content you submit. You grant Afterword a limited license to process that content in order to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for what you publish and for making sure your use of generated drafts complies with the rules of each platform and applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes submitting false information, interfering with the site or its infrastructure, attempting unauthorized access, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it to create unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
8. Intellectual property
Afterword, including its name, logo, website, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the Service to you.
9. Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (such as social networks you post to). We are not responsible for those platforms' content, policies, or availability.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afterword is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service or cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with notice where reasonably possible.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
